Jade and Sam lost 0-6, 6-2, 2-6 coming up against an experienced pair Flavia Pennetta (Ita) and Andrea Petkovic (Ger).
Play was fast and Flavia and Andrea won the first set but Jade and Sam didn't let the more experienced girls have it all their own way, coming back to win the second set 6-2.
Unfortunately Flavia and Andrea came back in the third set to win 6-2 so that was the end of Jade and Sam's dreams for 2013.
