The conference, held on Sunday June 12th from 10am to 4pm at Glamorgan Sport Park will teach you all you need to know through a series of fascinating workshops.
Key note speaker John Bentley, who was selected for the British Lions tour to South Africa and has appeared for England at Rugby Union and Great Britain at Rugby League, will be on hand with plenty of advice and support.
The series of workshops include:
- Strength and Conditioning
- Nutrition
- Team Management
- Coaching Through Games
- Rugby in partnership with Cardiff Blues
- Netball In partnership with Welsh Netball
- Hockey in partnership with Welsh Hockey Union
- Swimming in partnership with Swim Wales
- Bowls in partnership with Welsh Bowls
Coaches will also have an opportunity to meet key individual from national governing bodies as well as local development officers in the sports conference surgery.
The Sports Coaching Conference costs £15 per head.
