The Wrexham County Tour Winter Masters event took place at Wrexham tennis Centre on Saturday 31st March 2012.
The Masters event is a one-off event held at the end of each season where the top players who have entered the Wrexham County Tour events are invited to challenge for the Championship title at each age group: Red ball (8&U), Orange ball (9&U) and Green ball (10&U).
Warren Gauiter Price beat Wrexham’s own Owen Critchell 10-3 to clinch the Red Maters crown. Warren who won all his round robin matches followed it up with Knockout wins over Ashley Neo Hunter and Charles Minshull on his route to the final to become the winter masters champion.
Ellesmere Port based Charlie Liptrott took home the orange masters beating Kristian Jensen 7/5 7/6 and Laura Holmes won the green event beating Harrison Birch 4/1 in the final match of the 2011/12 winter season.
