The British tennis Volunteer of the Year Awards, which will take place at the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals at The O2 arena, are aimed at recognising those volunteers who give so much of their time to the sport.

Players from all over Wales were among the winners at the annual Welsh tennis championships, held in Cardiff.

For the vast majority of tennis players, walking onto the hallowed turf of the grass courts at SW19 is a dream that will never be realised.  For five lucky members of Wrexham Lawn Tennis Club, that dream became a reality.

Wales is to host its first Babolat Masters Series touchtennis event in Penarth on 15 September.

The 10th National Learning Disability tennis event is taking place at the Nottingham Tennis Centre on the 19th & 20th October.

Tennis Wales is looking to recruit an experienced finance officer to support the Chief Executive and Board of Directors in maintaining the company’s financial records and managing its financial affairs.

We are once again looking to celebrate the successes of people within Tennis throughout 2013. Any nominations should be received before the deadline of noon Wednesday 6th November.

Wales’ 18-and-under tennis team beat Scotland and Ireland to take the tri-nations title in Cardiff.
