Kenilworth Tennis and Squash Club in Crackley Lane will play a full part in the upcoming Kenilworth Festival, with a range of activiities on Saturday 16 May. There will be "taster sessions" for tennis, squash and croquet by day and lively music in the evening.
Tennis will offer one hour sessions for schoolchildren, in ascending age groups, from 9.00AM to 11AM and for adults at 12 noon. Squash and Racquetball will start at 1PM for adults, followed by childrens' groups at 2PM and 3 PM, when indoor trainers are required. Croquet will be available all day, with flat soled shoes required, please.
Club Committee member Julie Elliot said, "It really will be something for players and potential players of all these sports- so we hope that many residents will wish to be a part of it". In the evening, the very popular local musicians "Village Idiot" and "Firedaze" will play from 7PM until 10PM.
