During the summer months Jayne and Rory have been visiting Clubs and have come across many examples of good practice. Sharing good practice is key to the success of Warwickshire Clubs and all our clubs are regularly rising to the challenge to develop their Club with improved facilities and improved Tennis programmes. There are many quick tips which can make big differences and we aim to pass these on at Club Forums, in “On the Ball” magazine and on the website.
The three case studies below highlight the good work carried out at clubs and many thanks to Hampton in Arden, [Ian Poole and Jayne Barnes] Henley in Arden [Judy Wilde] and Beechwood and inspire2coach[Richard Allen] for being the first to put themselves forward to explain areas of good practice on video. We hope clubs and coaches will find the resources helpful and welcome many more ideas.
