Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a part time, self-employed assistant tennis coach. The experienced coach must be self-motivated, a good communicator and a self-starter . The successful candidate should also have experience of working with children and adults on an individual basis.
The Venue:
Kings Norton TC is a long established member-run club located in Grange Hill Road, B38 8RE. It has approximately 50 adult members & 45 junior players. It has great potential for growth in both coaching numbers & membership. The club has 3 tennis courts (all 3 floodlit) and a well-equipped, modern clubhouse.
Job Specification:
You will be required to be available : Tuesday morning Mini Tots with the Local Nursery, Wednesday evening 4.00pm to 6.00pm, with possibility to extend to 8.00pm and Saturday mornings 9.00am to 1.00pm. Some schools work is also possible. Approximately 12 hours of coaching available.
Important attributes:
- LTA Licensed or equivalent
- Good working with children.
- Have a good playing standard.
- Current CRB
- Be enthusiastic and motivated
- Well organized with strong inter-personal skills
- Good communication skills
