Warwickshire LTA in partnership with Herefordshire & Worcestershire LTA ran a Tennis Ambassadors & College Sports Makers Forum at the University of Warwick Tennis Centre on 25th October. The course was attended by College Sports Makers, Tennis Ambassadors and staff members from some of the local further education colleges.
The aims of the forum were:
- To get attendees inspired about tennis and the opportunities available to them
- To develop volunteering skills both on-court & off-court
- Help grow the number of people involved in tennis at their college
- Promote more opportunities to play, compete, lead, volunteer & coach within the sport
