Second seed Jamie Baker has reached the quarter-finals of the men's singles in Canada. To move into the semi-finals, Baker now plays seventh seeded American Adam El Mihdawy.
Baker and New Zealand's Danie King-Turner missed out in the quarter-finals to the fourth seeds.

Second seed Jamie Baker takes on home favourite Filip Peliwo in the opening round of the singles this week in Canada where the top seed is world number 179 Peter Polansky.
Baker will also be looking to improve upon his doubles ranking when he partners New Zealand's Danie King-Turner.
