BERKSHIRE LTA SPRING VENUE FORUM 2016
Thursday 17th March 6.30pm to 9pm at Cantley House Hotel, RG40 5QG
The forums have been based on the feedback and requests from last year’s volunteer and club surveys. As well as updates on resources available for 2016 there will be two main topic workshops including ‘How to recruit Volunteers’ and ‘How to attract and retain members’.
Nearer the time of the forum you will get the opportunity to pick the workshop most relevant to your role at the club. The main topics will run concurrently, so we encourage all venues to bring at least two representatives where possible to benefit from both workshop sessions.
Your Regional team (LTA East Region) and Berkshire Tennis Volunteers will also provide some area specific updates.
