Guernsey's Heather Watson has had a very succesful trip to Paris by qualifying for the French Open in Roland Garros for the first time.
The Guernsey 19 year old won all three matches to qualify for the Grand Slam for the first time and came from a break down to defeat Stefanie Voegele. Heather defeated the Swiss player 6-4 6-4 to take her place in the main draw.
Heather has already reached a career high world ranking of 119 this year and is the British number three going into the tournament.
