The Powder Byrne Junior and Open Tennis Trophy is a national event open to players of all standards and is a Grade 3 LTA approved postal tournament.
The Junior and Open tournament (age 10 and over) operates in a postal format wherein players organise their own matches on a date that suits both players in the draw, with the player with home advantage having the choice of location. The tournament culminates in a finals weekend held at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre on the 7th and 8th of December 2013.
