Adult tennis in Dorset has been kick started by the success of the Victoria Avenue and the St Sebastian events held in September.
As part of the LTA's initiative to provide more competitive opportunities for Adults, Dorset LTA are supporting any clubs or individuals who wish to organise Adult competition, and it is hoped that by next year the county will have a structured Adult tournament calendar.

The county are now looking to build on the success of these two pilot competitions, and we already have future events confirmed which players are now able to enter online.
The first of these is a rating's matchplay event on Sunday 20th November. A matchplay is an ideal opportunity for players to improve their LTA rating, as players only compete against players of an equal rating.
