Katy Dunne has won the Grade 4 ITF 18U AEGON Junior International in Nottingham after a three set victory over Ruth Seaborne in an all-British final.
After seeing off the No.3 seed in the semi-finals, Dunne edged out Seaborne after recovering from conceding the first set to her seeded opponent to eventually win 5-7, 6-3, 6-3.
Meanwhile in the Boys’ doubles in Nottingham, Ben Davis, also from Hertfordshire, with his doubles partner, Stefan Sterland-Markovic lived up to their No.1 seeding by defeating their fellow British pairing of Lloyd Glasspool and Joshua Ward-Hibbert 6-2, 6-4.
