Anyone for Tennis 2009

If you love tennis, then get on court and show your support for terminally ill patients and their families in summer 2009.

By taking part in Marie Curie Cancer Care’s ‘Anyone for Tennis 2009’, you’ll be helping the charity to provide more nursing care.

The event is open to players of any standard – from beginner to champion – and you don’t even need to be a member of a tennis club to take part.

Why you should take part: 

You’ll have fun – it’s a great social event for friends and family or players at your club.
You’ll be in with a chance of winning some great prizes, including Centre Court tickets for Wimbledon 2010.
It’s easy to enter and you can make your fundraising event as big or small as you want.
It’s for a great cause, as you’ll be helping to provide more Marie Curie Nursing care for terminally ill patients and their families.

 Here's how it works: 

Pick a day between May and September 2009 for your challenge event.
Register your event today and get our fantastic Anyone for Tennis 2009 fundraising kit by calling 08700 340 040, or fill in your details here
Decide what sort of event you want to organise – from a social game of doubles with friends in the local park or on your own court through to a mini Wimbledon tournament at your local club.

Pick a format - you could make it a mixed doubles challenge; fathers and daughters; mothers and sons; fancy dress, a handicap tournament - the choice is yours!
