The Winter County Tour (grade 4) and the Winter Regional Tour (grade 3) are linked, which means that players have the opportunity to feed up from one grade to the next.
This feed up system within the Winter County Tour allows winners at specific grade4 events to gain a place in the linked grade 3 event.
Winners (And in some cases runners up) of specific grade 4 Lincolnshire Winter County Tour tournaments can gain a place in the qualifying (or main draw if there is no qualifying) of the linked grade 3 Winter Regional Tour tournament.

The Annual General Meeting of Lincolnshire Lawn Tennis Association will take place on Monday 26th November 2012 at RMSC Sports Club, Newark Road, Lincoln, LN6 8RN, at 7.30pm.
