Clubs will have received various correspondence from the LTA advising you that from 1st October 2011 the LTA will be changing its status from an Unincorporated Association to a Company Limited by Guarantee.
To enable the LTA to exercise its reponsiblities as the governing body for the sport, it requires all County, Island and National Associations, and all Places to Play (Clubs) to amend their Constitutions or Articles of Association to acknowledge that both they and their members will abide by the LTA Rules and Disciplinary Code.
