In partnership with the British Heart Foundation, the Workplace Challenge has co-ordinated a series of training sessions focusing on how to improve the health and well being of your organisation's workforce.

The South Yorkshire Team Tennis Challenge will take place on Sunday 29th June at the prestigious Graves Tennis and Leisure Centre, Sheffield.

Teams consist of 4 players and can include men and women, with matches made up of short format singles and doubles games.

The emphasis is very much on a fun and social competition to increase physical activity and provide an enjoyable opportunity to compete as a team with your work colleagues.
