Men's Summer League
Lady Bay maintained their unbeaten run at the top of the men's first divison, following a good away win at West Bridgford, where Jack Ellis and Aaron Banasek were the top couple with 6 sets. Farnsfield also had a good away win at Magdala, where Matt Benford and Richard Dickens were the top couple with 5.5 sets.
Mansfield won the battle of the unbeaten teams in division 2, with a very close fought away win at Mapperley Park, where Niril Nana and Stephan Downs were the top couple with 5 sets. Magdala 'A' also won a close home match against Nottingham Castle, where Mike Bottomley and Richard Ockleford were the home teams top couple with 4 sets. Nottingham Castle bounced back in their next match with a close away win against West Bridgford 'A'. James Ashcroft and Mark Blackburn were the top couple with 6 sets.
Woodthorpe 'A' moved off the bottom of division 3, following a home win against the leaders Musters 'A', where Simon Williams and Gary Bearman were the dominant couple, winning 6 sets.
The runaway leaders of division division 4A, East Bridgford, came unstuck against Mansfield 'A', in a close match. Liam Wright and Ben Flint were the top couple with 6 sets. West Bridgford 'B' moved into second place following an away win against a depleted Friesland team.
