Paul Arnott has won the AEGON Coach of the Month award for March.
Paul is Head Coach of Wargrave Tennis Club in Berkshire where not only does he run a strong coaching programme but also captains junior AEGON County Cup teams and spends a significant proportion of his time mentoring coaches who are looking to gain coaching qualifications.
The 30 year old from Maidenhead is a fully LTA licensed coach and has the CCAP qualification, which is now the Senior Performance Coach award, and has recently mentored a young coach into achieving the Coach Qualification.
As well as his programme at Wargrave Paul has recently captained the Berkshire girls' 18U County Cup team who won all their rubbers and finished top of group 5A. Paul will soon be captaining the Berkshire boys' 14U County Cup team who will be competing in group F in Billesley.
