Be part of a network of support for players, coaches and places to play across the country – helping us in our aim to identify and develop talented young players and coaches, promote competition and develop affordable and sustainable community tennis opportunities for all ages and abilities.
To complete this network we are looking for people with strong tennis backgrounds and commitment to manage these developments, working closely with coaches, places to play, schools, colleges and universities, and Local Authorities across the country.
You will manage the counties of Oxfordshire & Berkshire supporting key Tennis People operating in tennis venues to further develop their skills and knowledge for improved quality of tennis delivery, improving the tennis experience, and increasing tennis participation.
There will be a strong focus on creating a quality competitive environment locally, supporting places to play to attain Tennis Clubmark, and on working with the Tennis Foundation, local authorities and other tennis stakeholders to develop tennis in the education sector and in public tennis venues to increase participation.
Salary: circa £30k pa + excellent benefits
