Monday 2nd April was the launch of the Northamptonshire Sport Club Scholarships. The club scholarships are only accessible to Clubmark clubs but can completely fund or act as a contribution to fund any volunteer development courses (coaching courses are not permitted and are covered by the coaching scholarships; www.coachingnorthants.org). This includes courses such as Safeguarding and Protecting Children, First Aid, grounds staff courses, refereeing/umpiring courses etc etc. Up to £250 per club is available and up to £50 per course.
All you have to do to claim the funding is fill in a simple 1 minute form, which you can find online by clicking the following link.

You can find a full list of generic Northamptonshire Sport courses by following the link below. Please bear in mind, funding can be used for any sport specific or generic training, not just Northamptonshire Sports courses.
