‘Inspire a generation’, the motto of the Games and what better opportunity to apply this inspiration for aspiring tennis youngsters, than the Powder Byrne Tennis Trophy.
The Trophy, a grade 3 LTA approved event, is the only national tournament in the country, for 8 and under and 9 and under players. Youngsters in Norwich/Norfolk have the opportunity to participate at Easton College Tennis Centre on the 28th October.
The round robin format guarantees players at least 4 matches, ensuring lots of play. The winners of each regional event qualify for the National finals at Bisham Abbey on 9th December 2012.
