Haverhill Tennis Club held the Annual School Games Tournament for year 3 and 4 at the club last Wednesday but disappointingly only 4 schools turned up. Kedington made a great effort bringing along 2 teams! This certainly paid off with Kedington A team winning the event and Hundon second. Other schools who took part were Clements and Coupals. The leaders from Samuel Ward were excellent, having rallies with the children after each match. Beth Ranson from the school games organised and ran the competition with help from the club's coach, Robert Jeffs. Hopefully next year with the extra funding schools will receive from the government, we will have some more teams.
