2013 - A Year to Remember for Framlingham College Tennis
Framlingham College Tennis held its annual Tennis Awards evening recently at Brandeston Hall. Head Coach Trevor Wright gave an extensive review of its achievments in 2013 which saw a reord 16 Team titles won in vaious different age groups and competitions. 9 Suffolk Schools Championships, 6 Suffolk Aegon Team Tennis Titles as well as the Framlingham College Tennis Festival for Girls U11 were won this year.
Brandeston Hall Head Master Martin Myers Allen presented the prizes to the following players:
Under 8 Most Improved Player - Nat Salsby Under 8 Player of the Year - Gyr Balmer & Tabitha Walker (Joint Winners)
Under 10 Most Improved Player - Brodie Blore Under 10 Player of the Year - Ben Sunderland & Lucas Walker (Joint Winners)
Under 14 Most Improved Player - India Ball Under 14 Player of the Year - William Simpson
Under 18 Most Improved Player - Taylor Ball Under 18 Player of the Year - Kitty McWhirter
