Sport England has announced it will be investing £40 million to extend the popular Inspired Facilities funding programme to 2017.
The last round of Inspired Facilities awards saw 321 sports projects celebrate winning a share of £16,225,446.
To date, 1,361 grassroots sports facilities have benefitted in the two years since Inspired Facilities was launched, with a total of £69.9 million invested and £1.2m of this being in Lincolnshire.
The next round will reopen on October 21 and clubs and groups are encouraged to apply. For a guide on how to apply for funding please see the following link:
