Tuesday, December 18, 2012

This years "Little Mo" Tournament was held at Palm Beach Gardens, Miami, USA between the 7th and 10th December 2012. The "Little Mo" tournament is a premier challenge where under12s compete against players from different countries of the same age.

Previous winners of the tournament include Andy Roddick and Ryan Harrison over their 35 year history.

This year brought success to a young, talented Berkshire player, Kiran Dhull, who won the under 12s consolation draw. In the finals she defeated D. Martinez of Mexico in a close three set match (3-6;6-2;10-1). Kiran was also the runner up of the doubles event partnering Leonie Kung of Switzerland. Unfortunatly the pair lost to the pairing of Gabriella Da-Silva-Fick (Australia)/ Margo Landmann (South Afrrica).

Many congratulations to Kiran Dhull!
