Twenty five coaches from Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire attended the workshop at Bucks Indoor Centre on Monday 19 December. The aim was to introduce to coaches the new LTA Mini Tennis programme sponsored by Highland Spring.
The session provided coaches with an overview of the new look programme, including the objectives behind the re-fresh, the principles that underpin the Rally Awards and how they can get up and running with new programme. Coaches also experienced the awards for themselves on court which provided them with a better understanding as to how they might use them to compliment the existing programme at their clubs.
