Gary Drake has been appointed to take on the role of Berkshire Junior County Cup Manager and will have his first meeting with coaches at the County Office on 23rd November.
His responsibilities include appointing coaches as individual Team Managers, liaising with parents and players, overseeing team selection, practices and camps to each age group. Some administration will be performed from the County Office.
Heather Bates takes overall responsibility for all matters concerning junior performance as Chairman of Performance.
This new arrangement will enable us to provide a more efficient and professional Junior County Team strategy.
