Chieveley Tennis Club members and friends would like you to join them at the Tennis Ball! It’s all happening on Friday 19th April 2013 7.30pm-1am at Chieveley Village Hall.
A sparkling welcome drink will greet you followed by canapés and dinner. You will be entertained by award-winning Guy Portlock’s magic. The fantastic band The Party Faithful will have you dancing the night away or, if you prefer, you can retreat and play roulette. The dress code is Bond so come in black tie or whatever you dare along the theme!
Fifty percent of profits made will be given to a charity to make sport more accessible. Tables will seat ten but tickets are also being sold individually.
Situated in a pretty village setting, Chieveley Tennis Club is a thriving club. Its clubhouse and 3 courts are well-maintained and benefit from floodlights allowing year round coaching and playing.
Ash Taylor Tennis provides the coaching to suit all ages and abilities and it ranges from Mini tennis to Cardio sessions.
The teams of Ladies, Men and Mixed play across the Newbury and District League with at least one team in every division. Two teams have been added in recent years giving a total of six playing on a weekly basis during the summer season. They also play in a winter league.
