Chris Hearn - ex Bucks mens' team stalwart - has won the inaugural 50s mixed doubles title at the World Seniors Championships in San Diego with an Australian partner .
After beating the number one seeds in the first round, Felicity Oxnevad (NZL) and Peter Hampton (NZL) progressed to the final to set up a match against Brenda Foster and Chris Hearn. Hearn and Foster had progressed to the final without losing a set and continued this fine form in the final to take the title 6-4 6-4
