Congratulations Adam!
Suffolk’s juniors continue to show great promise for the future, and are establishing a growing reputation in competitions throughout the country. The latest success belongs to Adam Rudolph, who recently won the Grade 2 Nottinghamshire Junior Open Under 9 Boys’ event at the Nottingham Tennis Centre. Coached by Jamie Yates and Jez Cowley and part of the Tennis Ipswich programme based at David Lloyd, Ipswich, Adam played very well to come through Qualifying and a 16-player Main Draw undefeated.
Adam followed up this win with a further victory in the Under 9 Boys’ event in the Grade 3 East Anglia Junior Open at the East Anglia Tennis + Squash Club, beating another fine Suffolk prospect, Joshua Stokes, in a close final.
