Induction
To become a Suffolk Sport topcoach you will need to attend the coach induction which will be a great chance for you to meet members of the Suffolk Sport team and learn more about how Suffolk Sport can support your development. By attending the topcoach induction you will receive; FREE coaching polo shirt and clipboard, reduced cost of Suffolk sport CPD, access coach bursary through application, access Sportivate funding to run sessions for 14-25 year olds, the opportunity to be mentored and receive fact-filled coaching newsletter. You will need to bring any National Governing Body Coaching Certificates, your Safeguarding and Emergency/First Aid Certificates, current CRB/DBS check if you have one and proof of your coaching insurance.

Special Instructions:
Please also bring your Passport, Birth Certificate, Driving Licence, something with your current address on, a five year address history and your National Insurance number so that we can complete a Suffolk Sport DBS (CRB) check.
All courses are priced in three bands:
- Band A - TOPCoach.
- Band B - Member of a Clubmark Club
- Band C - General Public

The person completing this form is responsible for all bookings, including bookings made on behalf of other parties. All correspondence relating to bookings will be sent to the person whose details are provided on the booking form part 1.
