Stowmarket Lawn Tennis Club has it's annual Open Day on Sunday 30th June. It's a chance to come down to the Club, meet the Coaches and Committee, find out about the training programmes at the Club and if you come in trainers you can have a fun and friendly game.
The Club has been around since 1901 and has an established membership base composed of all skills and ages. The junior programme is a particular focus for the Club and there's a structured programme to take children from a very early age right through their teenage years and ultimately into adulthood and beyond. The Club is family friendly and promotes a open, fair and social tennis experience. This includes a number of open Club sessions throughout the week as well as Competitions and social events throughout the year. Our ad-hoc tennis initiative also helps get members connected for games and matches at other times in the week.
The Open Day will allow visitors to see the grounds and courts, and there's a 10% discount on membership rates for those joining on the day. Refreshments will also be available.
