Suffolk junior tennis teams have done themselves proud in Division 2B of the 12 Counties Championship at Corby, with our 16U Boys' quartet of Paul Midgley, Ryan Lambert, Darren Kappala-Ramsamy and Josh Towers finishing our participation on a high note with an unbeaten performance last weekend.
Paul Midgley led from the front with three victories out of three, Suffolk drew 2-2 with Leicestershire and Bedfordshire, but recorded a 3-1 win over rivals Norfolk. The absence of an Under 16 Girls' side proved crucial in the final table, Norfolk finishing as champions on 28 points, Leicestershire 2nd on 25, Suffolk 3rd on 24 and Bedfordshire last with 24.
