Father & Son team Mark & Jared Bones were triumphant in the quarter finals of the National Family Championships.They beat Charlie & Toby Bamber from Surrey 6-2, 6-2 to win a place in the semi-finals, to be played at a finals week end in Dudley, Birmingham.
It was an excellent win considering that Mark has just recovered from an hip operation only three months ago and Jared is having physio treatment on his back and elbow restricting his serve.The father & son duo played well together and are looking forward to the semi-finals.
