Hello my name is Joshua Jones, aged 11, and I have been asked to judge the Avon LTA Wimbledon ‘Court’on Film Wimbledon photo competition. I hope everybody had fun taking pictures and enjoying the tennis itself. The result was close and we have decided because they were so good we are now going to be giving a prize to the runner up. Here are the results…
1st place- Helen Pearson with the photos of Serena Williams with the shield and the photo of Serena Williams with her dress the wrong way up!!! The prize is a Wimbledon towel.
2nd place- Bath Tennis Club with the photo of Laura Robson. The prize is a tin of balls.
All the photos were brilliant and keep sending them in we would love to see them. I hope to see some more brilliant ones in our Olympic photos competition that is coming soon.
