The University of Bath and the University of Stirling came out on top as they picked up the men's and women's titles respectively at the University Team Championships last weekend.

On Easter Saturday, Maz Veater (y11), Tom Hunt (y11), Kira Harding (y12) and George Beechener (y13), who are longstanding members of Writhlington Tennis, were invited to attend a 'regional young volunteers forum' at Bath University.

Clevedon Lawn Tennis Club were pitched against Southbourne in the first of their 2013 Men's Aegon Team Tennis championship matches which took place last Sunday at the Club in Princes Road.  The competition, which sees teams from all over the South West region compete against each other, comprises of 4 singles rubbers, followed by 2 doubles.
