Congratulations to the Avon Ladies County Cup Team who battled through against Cornwall, Northamptonshire and Hereford and Worcester at Gosling Tennis Centre to secure promotion to Group 4 next year.
After 125 years on the 2 court Cleeve Hill site, Downend & Frenchay Tennis Club (formally Downend & Fishponds) has been awarded funding to relocate their tennis courts. Work has begun to build 4 state of the art floodlit courts on land at Frenchay Cricket Club ground.
