The next topic in the series of Talent Breakfast Clubs is coming to Bristol in February – Movement Improvement.
A rapid tour of the common themes that underpins all physical performance….MOVEMENT. The themes will concentrate on early years and youth athletic development, particularly how we appreciate and evaluate movement and how we can engage young athletes in optimising their own movement competence. Some coaches will be expected to do some live investigation of their own physicality.
