Team Bath Tennis Academy is a Lawn Tennis Association High Performance Centre. The Academy programme has been developed to include an intensive package of technical, tactical, physical and psychological training for many of the country’s top junior players. In addition to the on court work the performance coaches attend international and national tournaments with the players and provide full sports science support, and combined Tennis and Educational partnerships through links with leading local schools. Players from Team Bath have gone on to represent Great Britain in Davis Cup as well as at junior levels and have won International Tournaments, and National Championships.
The Academy currently has 25 full time players, 20 access players and 16 matrix players.
