Red Lodge Sports Club in Suffolk offer Cardio tennis and recently invited staff from Velvet magazine down to have a go!
Cardio tennis is a fun, active tennis based workout to up tempo music - guaranteed to keep you moving and burn on average 600 calories!
The staff from Velvet magazine had never heard of it before, and were pleased to see the session attracted a whole variety of people - different age groups & tennis abilities. Open to all levels, the session is aimed to get you moving, enable you to have fun, get fit and improve your tennis!
Cardio tennis is the perfect start for somebody that has never tried tennis before, as well as for the more experienced player....
