Balanced Action are pleased to share with you "The FootTech Training Programme"
We highlight at an area of play and then focus on HOW we break down these complex movements into their teachable parts. We start by analysing the professionals and training the eye in knowing what to look for. We then have a practical session where you have to "feel it to teach it" and we then give you the tools in the APPLICATION by using our unique "Tool Kit" and progressions which is applicable from school children to high performance players.
We hope to give you an insight and a better understanding of teaching tennis specific footwork and its relationship with technique and the other teachable parts of tennis. We want our pupils to perform these skills without thinking and we aim to give a structure and common framework to an area that's often overlooked. We also offer coaches the chance to learn the whole FootTech Training Programme via our NEW online course.
