This course is a mandatory requirement for the LTA Coach Licensing Scheme and all LTA Qualifications. The trainer, Paul Bennett, is an LTA licensed coach and draws upon his experience of working with the LTA and Tennis Coaches across the UK over the past 11 years.
The course is Health & Safety Executive (HSE) accredited and deals with First Aid issues which may affect Tennis Coaches and their players. The course has been developed by building upon the experience gained through working with coaches and delivering over 350 bespoke First Aid courses for the LTA, Tennis Scotland and Tennis Wales.
Course times run from 10am – 5pm. (please note this time may change for certain courses, ensure you double check the time of the course you book onto)
6 Coach License credits are awarded for attendance.
LTA website coach profiles are automatically updated upon completion of the course.
Coaches are supplied with a pack containing: An A4 EFAW First Aid Certificate, a First Aid Identification Card (credit card size) and a 32 page customised A5 First Aid Booklet.
An expiry reminder service is provided for all coaches attending the course.
Free First Aid advice is available to coaches during the 3 year qualification period.
