The Queens Baton Relay visited Bristol yesterday as part of the countdown to the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow this summer.
On the eve of Wimbledon, as the world’s greatest tennis players gather in the capital, families across Bristol will be given the ultimate chance to get involved in the excitement and build up to The Championships when the second in a series of four free ‘Great British Tennis Weekends’ smashes into town on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd June.
With tennis fever sweeping the nation as we approach mid-way point in The Championships, Wimbledon, people across Bristol & Bath will grab the opportunity to pick up a racket this weekend, as the third Great British Tennis Weekend smashes into town.
