The Schools Tennis Road Show arrived in Huntingdon this week with teachers and schools representatives getting the very latest information on tennis in schools

The Cambridgeshire 18 and under girls team played very well but were just piped in the last match to gain promotion.

Cambridgeshire boys and girls 8 and under teams came third overall in the Inter County Mini Red Team Event at Redbridge on Sunday 19th February

Zac Cox and Megan Carmichael shine in County Tournament held at Hills Road Sports and Tennis Centre.

Cambridgeshire’s trio of James Murphy, Nik Ahyaee and Natasha Scott came a brilliant second in the 9 and under Orange Festival at Corby on Saturday 14th January.

STEEPLE MORDEN Tennis Club celebrated the official opening of its third court.  It comes over a year since the club first presented the Parish Council with a plan to build the court due to the increased demand for membership in the last few years.

The John Rodger Cup is to be held on 1 April 2012 at Huntingdon Tennis club which again has been kindly sponsored by Interaction Recruitment.

Cambridgeshire girls and boys 10 and under teams found it hard going at Corby.
