Cambridgeshire U14 boys endured a tough time as they finished 6th in the U14 County Cup that was played at West Middlesex LTC, London.

The Cambridgeshire Girls Under 14 team completed a remarkable victory in the County Cup to qualify for the national finals, as one of 8 teams to win their group around the country. Not only was the Cambridgeshire team the smallest squad, the team were unable to field any reserves, they were also the youngest team out of the 8 in their group, with an average player age of just 12

Sixteen of the county's best 10, 11 and 12&Under  tennis players battled for Cambridgeshire in the Lionel Cox Trophy held last week- end at Queenswood School in Hertfordshire.

LTA National Mini Tennis week June 10th-17th sponsored by Highland Spring will be signposting places and coaches to information on the LTA Mini Tennis Programme and how to get involved.

For the third year running Down the Line Sports is hosting the UK series of Sanchez-Casal Academy workshops.

Cambridgeshire Girls Under 14 completed their journey at this year’s County Cup at the National Finals in Nottingham recently. The girls team of Lizzie Pam, Anna Loughlan, Lauren Watson-Steele and Ellie Coleman had already won their qualifying group to book their place as one of 8 teams competing over the weekend. They were joined this time by Kira Reuter, who returned after injury.
