Tennis is a great way to keep fit and have fun with your family. This summer it couldn’t be easier to get involved in tennis, and park courts across London are the perfect place to enjoy some fun, informal tennis with the family.
To get you started, we’re hosting family tennis sessions every weekend at park courts across London. Each session will last two hours and someone will be on hand to welcome you and help you get started. We’ll provide all the equipment so all you need to do is turn up, hit some balls, and have some fun!
Tennis IS Family Time sessions are suitable for families of all ages and abilities. They are not formal coaching sessions, but provide a perfect opportunity for you get involved by playing together as a family. We’re providing balls that are slower and easy to hit than a normal tennis ball so anyone can play, even if you’re a complete beginner.
The next session is on Saturday 13th July, 1.30-3.30pm at Danson Park, Kent
Each session costs £3 per family and needs to be booked in advance. To take part visit www.allplaytennis.com/familytime, book onto a venue for this weekend and bring £3 cash to the session. We’re also offering a free tube of tennis balls for each family on their first visit to help you play more tennis, and if you attend 6 sessions your family will be entered into a prize draw giving you a chance to win a family day out at the National Tennis Centre, where the best players in the country train!
