Over & In are looking for a level 2 or 3 tennis coach to join it's growing team starting in January 2014. We provide coaching to a variety of small clubs in Cambridgeshire and the new coach will be expected to work at several of the venues.
The successful candidate will be based in the Cambridge area and will need a full, clean driving licence. As part of this role there is also up to £2500 retainer for off court duties. This is not guaranteed as part of the role but if the right coach is found we will pay this retainer.
We have around 15 hours per week of secure work in the form of group coaching with the potential to increase this to upwards of 40 hours per week through 1-1 lessons. For the groups coaching hours that you deliver you will be 'employed' by Over & In on a PAYE basis. Your tax and N.I. will be deducted fro your wages and you will be entitled to 28 days holiday pay. (This will be after a 6 month probation period during which time you will be self employed) For any 1-1 coaching you deliver you will be paid directly by the customer and you will be seen as 'self employed' for those hours and responsible for declaring any earnings to HMRC
The hourly rate will be between £12.00 and £22.00 per hour depending on qualification and experience.
