The new facilities has seen the club go from strength to strength, with over 55 coaching groups held weekly, membership flourishing and teams of all ages performing at the highest level.
The weekend was kicked off with a popular sports quiz in the clubhouse on the Friday evening that tested the knowledge of members and guests on a variety of subjects. On the Sunday an afternoon of tennis on the indoor courts was followed by a tasty meal and then all were entertained by very talented musicians Steve Hicks and Lynn Goulbourn. Their repertoire varied from blues and folk to classical. The evening was capped off with a further celebration of 25 years of Peter Collinson as Chairman of the club. A presentation was made to Peter by club committee member Jeff Robinson on behalf of the members.
